Sadly are absence from dinner had been noticed…but that made it even more fun now that I think about it. In the morning Mr.Prud’homme stopped by Gene and I room. He thinks he need to enforce the rules…and according to him missing dinner was one of them. Very calmly I looked him the eye and told him that we had been swimming in the river. And on the way back Gene and I had gotten into a wrestling match! Then I had to add in the sunset in because it was so pretty and gods help me if I left that out. Then I decided to have fun with it so I told him that I had to see some friends to settle some business. As I rambled on I gave him the flat out truth and told him that we just had to jump out of the tree. It was a war skill that was needed I explained to him. With this huge war going on it was a perfect accuse to not go to dinner. So after that I continued on babbling but it wasn’t really babbling cuz it was all true I just babbled to distract him and let me go. I also made and emblem today. Well I kind of made it my mom sent it up last week and today I decided to make it useful. Gene thought it was crazy but I don’t think so. Then the boys and I made the ssss, the Super Suicide Society of the summer session. All joined by jumping off the tree and into the river.
